16B Manual Creasing Machine

For a small print unit or office in Bhopal that only needs a handful of clean creases a day, buying a full electric creasing line rarely makes sense — the 16B manual creaser is the practical alternative. It runs entirely on lever pressure, no plug or power point required, which also means it can sit anywhere on a workbench without worrying about wiring.

Built from solid metal rather than a plastic housing, the frame stays rigid under repeated pressing, which is what keeps every crease landing in exactly the same spot job after job. It handles paper up to A3 size and is specifically engineered to score coated stock, thick cardstock, laminated sheets, and digital photo paper without cracking the surface fibres — a common failure with basic folding instead of proper creasing, especially on glossy or laminated finishes.

Alignment comes from adjustable side and back guides with paper stops built into the base, so once a job is set up, repeat sheets line up automatically without re-measuring each one. The lever mechanism itself is designed for comfortable, consistent pressure, meaning an operator can crease a stack of covers or menus without the hand fatigue that comes from awkward manual tools.

This creasing machine in bhopal is popular with digital print houses, copy centres, schools, and small offices producing book covers, brochures, menus, and greeting cards in modest volumes. At ₹8,500 it's an accessible entry point compared to the automatic and semi-automatic creasers in our range, ideal for anyone testing whether dedicated creasing equipment is worth the investment. Come press a sample sheet yourself at our Bhopal showroom — the difference between a creased fold and a plain folded one is obvious the moment you open the paper flat again. Doorstep delivery is available across Bhopal, with courier shipping to Indore, Ujjain, and other MP towns.
