SM-371Y DIGITAL AUTOMATIC FEEDING CREASING MACHINE

Printing houses in Bhopal that run stacks of catalogues, wedding cards, or annual reports every week eventually outgrow the manual creaser and start hunting for an automatic one — the SM-371Y is exactly that upgrade. Instead of feeding one sheet at a time, this machine pulls paper in on its own and pushes out a finished crease at 2850 sheets an hour, which changes the maths on any job with a print run in the thousands.

The working window covers paper from a compact 210×297 mm up to an extendable 335×655 mm, so it copes with everything from a standard letterhead to an oversized brochure spread. Inside, it carries 32 individual creasing tracks, giving the operator enough groupings to line up complex fold patterns without resetting the machine mid-run. Stock weight is rated from 100 to 350 gsm for creasing and 128 to 200 gsm for dotted-line work, and the askew adjustment stays refreshingly simple to dial in, so paper doesn't wander off the line partway through a job.

Working accuracy is held to ±0.3 mm, tight enough that folded edges on presentation folders and hardbound covers stay crisp rather than fuzzy. It draws 195 W and runs on either 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz, so voltage swings common in Bhopal's outer industrial areas aren't a concern. Maximum paper height through the feeder is 110 mm, comfortably covering thick board stock used for premium card work.

We stock this creasing machine in bhopal for binderies, digital print studios, and packaging units that need consistent output without babysitting every sheet. At ₹1,24,490 it sits above the manual range but pays that difference back quickly once labour hours drop on repeat jobs. See it feed and crease live at our Bhopal showroom before deciding — watching 32 tracks line up on real stock tells you more than any spec sheet. We arrange doorstep delivery within Bhopal and courier to Indore, Jabalpur, and other MP towns, plus an AMC plan once the warranty period winds down.
