Kyocera TASKalfa 2020

Not every office needs 40-page-per-minute output — plenty of small teams in Bhopal just want a dependable A3-capable copier that does the basics well at a fair price, and the Kyocera TASKalfa 2020 is built for exactly that market.

It prints and copies at up to 20 pages per minute on A4 and 10ppm on A3, at 600x600 dpi resolution with 256 grayscale levels for clean, professional-looking text and images. First copy time is rated at 5.7 seconds or less, so single-page jobs do not involve standing around waiting for the machine to warm up mid-task. Standard paper handling covers 400 sheets — a 300-sheet drawer plus a 100-sheet multipurpose tray — and the configuration can be expanded to four 300-sheet drawers plus the bypass tray for a maximum capacity of 1,300 sheets, useful as office volumes grow.

Duplex printing is built in as standard, cutting paper use for double-sided reports automatically, and the zoom range runs from 25% to 400% in 1% steps, giving fine control when resizing drawings or forms to fit different paper sizes. A simple two-line LCD control panel keeps day-to-day operation straightforward for staff who are not technically inclined, and the drum is rated for 150,000 pages before replacement, a reasonable lifespan for the price bracket. At roughly 565 x 527 x 485 mm and about 27 kg, it is compact enough for a reception desk or small office corner rather than a dedicated equipment room.

Small offices, coaching centres, and neighbourhood shops across Bhopal choose this model when budget matters more than raw speed. At ₹50,000, the kyocera taskalfa 2020 price in bhopal makes it one of the more affordable A3-capable machines in our black white photocopier lineup.
