Sharp BP-20M24

Document-heavy offices that also need dependable scanning often ask us to compare copiers side by side, and the Sharp BP-20M24 usually comes up early in that conversation. It is an A3/A4 monochrome machine that prints and copies at 24 pages per minute while also handling scan jobs through a genuinely fast document feeder.

The 100-sheet reversing single pass feeder scans at up to 37 originals per minute in one-sided mode, which is a real advantage for offices batch-scanning contracts, attendance registers, or exam sheets rather than feeding pages one at a time. Paper handling is generous too — standard capacity sits at 350 sheets, expandable up to 1,850 sheets across the full tray configuration, so high-volume departments are not reloading paper every hour. A 5-line LCD control panel with red and green LED status lamps keeps operators informed of job progress and machine status at a glance, useful in shared-use environments where several people run jobs through the day.

This is the kind of machine we place with government liaison offices, exam centres, and busy print shops around Bhopal that need copy and scan speed together, not just print output. At ₹1,10,000 it sits in the mid-range for A3-capable monochrome copiers, a fair place to be if scanning throughput matters as much as printing to your daily workflow.
