Dual Head Auto-Feed Sheet Cutting Plotter

High-volume label printers in Bhopal eventually hit a wall with single-sheet plotters that need reloading every few minutes, and that is the exact problem this dual head auto-feed sheet cutting plotter solves. Feed it a stack and walk away — the automatic tray loads up to 150 sheets on its own, keeping the machine cutting continuously instead of sitting idle between operator visits.

What sets this apart from most cutting plotter in bhopal options is the dual independent head layout: Head 1 runs half-cuts (kiss-cuts) or full-cuts while Head 2 works simultaneously on deep creasing, scoring or perforations, effectively doing two finishing passes in one run. Silent servo motors generate 2000g to 3000g of cutting force, enough to push cleanly through thick cardstock, vinyl stickers and specialty laminated media up to 400gsm without tearing or dragging. A high-definition CCD camera tracking system reads crop marks automatically and adjusts for skew, so registration stays tight even at the machine's top cutting speed of up to 1600mm/s.

That combination of feed automation, dual heads and cutting force is what lets packaging designers and digital copy centres turn out box prototypes and full sticker sheet batches at production pace rather than one piece at a time — a real advantage during festival and wedding-card printing rushes when Bhopal shops see order volumes spike.
