Digital Flatbed Cutting Plotter Machine with Vacuum Pad

Packaging designers and advertising studios in Bhopal that keep sending sample boxes and dielines out to Indore for cutting now have a reason to keep the work in-house: this digital flatbed cutting plotter with a vacuum pad bed. It is a commercial-grade cutting plotter in bhopal built to handle heavier, thicker materials than a roll-fed cutter can manage.

An industrial vacuum suction system pulls the sheet flat against the bed and holds it there through fast, intricate cutting paths, so nothing shifts or lifts mid-job the way it can on a plain cutting mat. Because everything is driven by digital contour tracking software, you skip the cost and lead time of steel dies entirely. The dual-tool head switches between half-cuts (kiss-cuts), full through-cuts, creasing, drawing and micro-perforation without a manual tool change, working through cardstock, vinyl stickers, PVC, lamination films and Kraft paper up to 400gsm.

A high-torque servo motor drive keeps cut edges clean even on dense board, while the built-in CCD digital camera registration system reads printed crop marks and corrects for any stretch or skew automatically. That combination is what makes the machine suitable for boutique packaging prototyping and short-run custom sticker and label production, where a fraction of a millimetre of misalignment ruins the piece.

The machine is priced at ₹1,75,000, and we keep a demo unit set up at our Bhopal showroom so packaging and print teams can bring their own artwork and test a real cut before ordering. We arrange doorstep delivery and installation across Bhopal, with courier and on-site setup extending to Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior and Ujjain, plus AMC plans to keep the vacuum pump and cutting heads serviced. For studios chasing die-free packaging speed, this remains one of the stronger cutting plotter in bhopal choices — get in touch for current pricing and a demo booking.
