Badge Making Machine (Size 58mm)

Ask any event decorator in Bhopal what sells fastest at a school annual-day stall or a college fest counter, and badges top the list — and 58mm is the size most requesters ask for by default. This badge making machine is priced at ₹4,000 and is built around a sturdy plastic body that is light enough to carry between venues yet strong enough to survive daily pressing without the pin mechanism loosening.

Operation is genuinely simple: place the printed circle, the pin back and the clear film into the respective mould cavities, pull the lever, and the finished badge pops out in seconds. No electricity connection is required, which makes it a favourite for outdoor stalls, exhibition counters and mobile badge-printing setups where power points are unreliable. Schools, coaching institutes and event management companies across Bhopal use this size for ID badges, participant tags, and fun badges sold at fests and fairs.

Because it is priced at ₹4,000, it is often the first machine a new badge-making entrepreneur in Bhopal buys, and many customers add a second unit once business picks up. We keep spare springs and mould sets in stock so a machine rarely sits idle for long.
