95x65mm Rectangle Badge and Magnet Making Machine

Wide-format souvenir orders are unforgiving on cheap presses — uneven pressure shows up instantly as a wrinkled edge or a crimp that pops loose within days. The 95x65mm Rectangle Badge and Magnet Making Machine is built to avoid exactly that problem. Its cast-iron chassis carries an extra-wide structural core so the full 95x65mm surface gets consistent, even force with every press, not just the centre.

That evenness is what allows this machine to turn out large premium block magnets, wide corporate ID plates and high-visibility promotional plaques with clean, professional corner crimps and no tearing or buckling at the edges. For a souvenir manufacturer or corporate gift supplier, that reliability directly translates into fewer rejects and faster turnaround on bulk orders.

There is no motor, no wiring and no power draw involved — it runs entirely on manual leverage, which means it can be placed anywhere in a workshop and used continuously through the day without heat buildup or maintenance downtime. Print shops and gifting units in Bhopal favour this kind of setup precisely because it keeps running costs low while output quality stays commercial-grade.

We stock this badge making machine in Bhopal at our showroom for hands-on demonstrations, so you can test the crimp quality on a sample magnet before committing. It is priced at ₹47,000, with doorstep delivery arranged within Bhopal and courier shipping available to Indore, Gwalior, Ujjain and other cities across Madhya Pradesh. Institutes running merchandising units, coaching centres selling ID badges, and studios producing wedding or event souvenirs all find this size practical for large-format work that smaller presses cannot handle.

Our team also assists with AMC plans and spare parts once the machine is in daily use, so a breakdown never stalls an order deadline for long. Reach out for the latest price and to schedule a demo at our Bhopal showroom this week.
