95x65mm Rectangle Badge Graphic Punch Cutter

Getting a large graphic centred perfectly inside a rectangle blank sounds simple until you try it by hand a hundred times in a shift — that is where the 95x65mm Rectangle Badge Graphic Punch Cutter earns its keep. Built specifically for wide-format merchandise work, it takes a printed sheet and punches it down to the exact 95x65mm size needed for large rectangular fridge magnets and display plaques, every single time.

The cutting assembly uses hardened steel edges set into a robust cast-iron base, so each pull of the ergonomic long handle produces a crisp, burr-free border rather than a rough or frayed one. On repeat runs, this consistency matters more than most buyers expect — ragged edges on even a small percentage of a batch mean discarded stock and wasted print paper.

A top-facing visual alignment slot lets the operator see the artwork through the cutting frame before punching, so complex images, faces and corporate logos land exactly where intended. For teams handling large-scale souvenir or promotional orders, this cuts down on the constant back-and-forth of repositioning sheets, and it noticeably reduces paper waste over a full production day.

Manual operation means it needs no electrical connection and can be set up on any workbench, which is why souvenir print shops and promotional manufacturers around Bhopal keep it close to their pressing stations. This badge making machine in Bhopal is available for a live trial cut at our showroom, so you can see the finish quality firsthand before buying.
