32mm Interchangeable Fibre Badge Die Mould

Steel isn't the only material that makes a good badge mould, and for a lot of Bhopal hobbyists and smaller print shops shopping for a badge making machine in Bhopal, it isn't even the most practical one. The 32mm Interchangeable Fibre Badge Die Mould is machined from high-density, industrial-grade composite fibre instead of metal, which makes it noticeably lighter to handle and considerably cheaper to buy — without giving up the precision that steel dies are known for.

A precision-milled sliding base is built into the mould so that alignment stays accurate on every press, keeping misprints and wasted material to a minimum even for someone running the machine part-time rather than all day. Fibre construction also means the mould resists the kind of corrosion that steel occasionally develops if a workshop isn't climate-controlled, which is worth considering in Bhopal's humid monsoon months.

32mm is a popular in-between size for Bhopal buyers — big enough to print a readable logo or short text, small enough to keep material and per-piece cost down. It shows up most often in custom clothing pin badges sold at markets, personalised logo pins for small businesses, school merit tags handed out at functions, and promotional keychains given away at local events.

At ₹4,500, this fibre mould is priced the same as our steel options but suits a different buyer — hobbyists, home-based badge sellers, and print shops just starting out who want to test a new size before committing to metal. It fits any standard compatible badge making machine in Bhopal, and we're happy to demonstrate it on a running press at our Bhopal showroom. We deliver to your doorstep in Bhopal and courier across Madhya Pradesh, including Indore and Jabalpur, with support available if you decide to upgrade to steel later.
