25mm Round Badge Graphic Punch Cutter

Ask any experienced owner of a badge making machine in Bhopal what actually slows down a production run, and it's rarely the press — it's cutting the paper graphics to size beforehand. The 25mm Round Badge Graphic Punch Cutter exists to fix exactly that bottleneck, turning a fiddly scissor-and-template job into a single, repeatable press of a handle.

Built around a robust cast-iron base with hardened steel cutting blades, this manual desktop tool cuts printed artwork to the precise bleed diameter that a 25mm button badge machine needs, every single time. The visual positioning slot lets you line up a printed sheet — logos, photos, names, whatever the order calls for — before the blade drops, so the graphic sits dead centre on the finished badge instead of drifting off to one side, which is one of the most common causes of rejected badges in a busy shop.

For commercial print shops and promotional businesses around Bhopal running hundreds of badges a day, this punch cutter earns its place on the workbench fast. It cuts with a single pull of the ergonomic long handle, leaves a clean, burr-free edge that needs no touch-up, and cuts down material waste that adds up quickly when every misaligned circle means a reprint. Paired with a badge making machine in Bhopal, it turns a two-person job — one cutting, one pressing — into something a single operator can manage comfortably.

At ₹5,500, it is a modest investment against the labour and material it saves over a single month of steady orders. We keep a demo unit at our Bhopal showroom, so bring a printed sheet and try a few cuts yourself before deciding. Delivery is available at your doorstep in Bhopal, with courier dispatch to Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior and other parts of Madhya Pradesh, alongside AMC support for your full badge-making setup.
