25mm Interchangeable Steel Badge Die Mould

The smallest badge size is often the biggest seller in volume, and 25mm is where that shows up most clearly on any badge making machine in Bhopal. This Interchangeable Steel Badge Die Mould is sized for compact, wearable pins — the kind sold in bulk at college fests, art markets, fan meets and clothing stalls across the city, where customers buy two or three at a time on impulse rather than planning a single custom order.

Built from high-tensile alloy steel and finished in rust-proof chrome, the mould is engineered for the same heavy-duty manual badge presses that run larger sizes, just scaled down. A precision-milled sliding base keeps every press perfectly aligned, which matters even more at this size since a small badge shows misalignment more obviously than a large one does.

Bhopal sellers use 25mm moulds for custom clothing pin badges, artistic hand-drawn or printed button pins, mini logo badges for startups and college clubs, and promotional keychains that businesses hand out at low cost. Because the badge is small, material cost per piece stays low too, which makes this size especially attractive for anyone selling in bulk at fairs, exhibitions or online through Instagram shops.

The mould is priced at ₹4,500 and installs in minutes on a compatible badge making machine in Bhopal — no tools beyond what came with your press. We keep this size in stock at our Bhopal showroom and can fit it onto a demo unit so you can press a test badge and check the finish before you buy. Delivery is doorstep within Bhopal, with courier service extending to Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain and other parts of Madhya Pradesh, and AMC support available for the press itself whenever you need it.
