Wiro Binding Machine SW 2500A

Running two separate binding machines to cover both wire and spiral jobs takes up bench space that most busy copy centres simply do not have to spare. The Wiro Binding Machine SW 2500A solves that by folding both capabilities into one steel-frame unit — a 3:1 pitch wiro punch and a 4:1 pitch spiral punch, switchable on the same machine, so one purchase covers both formats of client requests.

Built on a premium steel chassis, it punches through up to 25 sheets of 80 GSM paper in a single pass, well ahead of most standalone binders at this level. Open sides let it accommodate documents up to 340mm wide, useful for oversized reports, wide calendars or landscape-format booklets that narrower machines cannot take. Binding capacity runs to 140 sheets for wire jobs and stretches to 300 sheets when using spiral coils, so it stretches comfortably from slim proposals to thick manuals.

Fully disengageable punching dies mean operators can customise which holes get punched for non-standard document sizes, while a precision edge-margin adjustment lever, moving between 2.5mm and 6.5mm, keeps text clear of the binding edge regardless of paper thickness. For a corporate office or busy print shop juggling varied binding requests through the day, that flexibility cuts down on turning away non-standard jobs.

This binding machine is available in Bhopal at ₹28,000, and we keep a demonstration unit at our showroom where you can test both wiro and spiral punching on your own paper stock. We arrange doorstep delivery within Bhopal and courier dispatch to Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain and other towns across Madhya Pradesh.

High-output copy centres and corporate print rooms around Bhopal favour this exact model when order volumes grow past what a basic single-format binder can handle. Spiral coils, wire spools and AMC servicing are all available through our local support team. Call today to confirm current pricing and combo offers on consumables.
