8127 Corner Cutter

Sharp paper corners are the small detail that makes ID cards, badges and booklets look unfinished — round them off and the same job instantly looks professional. That single finishing step is what the 8127 Corner Cutter is built for, and it is one of the smaller, more affordable tools we stock for Bhopal print and binding shops.

This desktop corner cutter comes fitted with a 6mm radius (R6) rounding die as standard and can take optional dies for hole-punching, including a D6 6mm round hole punch and a D21 21mm semicircle punch, so a single machine handles several corner and edge treatments. Cutting capacity is rated at 10mm, or roughly 100 sheets of 70gsm paper in one press, which covers everything from single laminated ID cards to a decent stack of certificates or badges. The unit measures 8.9 x 5.5 x 5.75 inches (227 x 140 x 147mm) and weighs about 5lbs (2.3kg), light enough to move between workstations, and it includes a built-in waste tray plus a storage tray for spare dies and tools so offcuts don't scatter across the counter.

Bhopal's binding and printing shops use a corner cutter like this on laminated ID cards, membership cards, binding covers, restaurant menus and small booklets — anywhere a rounded corner adds a cleaner, safer finish (no more sharp paper edges catching on bags or pockets). It pairs naturally with a lamination machine and a spiral binder in a typical finishing workflow.

We price the 8127 Corner Cutter at ₹5,200 and keep it in stock at our Bhopal showroom, where you can test it on your own sample cards before buying. Doorstep delivery is available in Bhopal, and we courier to Indore, Ujjain and other Madhya Pradesh cities on request.
